Indicative Rates

Minimum stay:

  • 14 nights during school holidays in December
  • 2 nights outside December holidays and Easter weekend

Rates depend on the number of guests and length of stay:

    2 people ZAR1210 per person per night
    3 people ZAR1100 per person per night
    4 people ZAR1100 per person per night
    5 people ZAR990 per person per night
    6 people ZAR990 per person per night
    7 people ZAR880 per person per night
    8 people ZAR880 per person per night
    9 people ZAR770 per person per night
    10 people ZAR770 per person per night



Payment of rental indemnifies the lessor Bella Vista Onrus (Pty) Ltd and/or its employees of any liability for injury and damages incurred by the deponent, lessee and/or any person(s) occupying, visiting or entering the property at Bella Vista, Onrus. These deponents accept full responsibility for all individuals occupying and/or entering the said premises.

Please Note

  • Rates for the December holidays are R10 000 per day.
  • Special discounted rates during the week and for 5 days and longer except in December holidays.
  • 50% deposit required for confirmation of booking. Balance payable 5 days prior to arrival.
  • Regret, no credit card facilities.

House rules

  • Linen and towels provided, but please bring own swimming towels.
  • No smoking inside the house.
  • Pets are allowed on special request. Charges may be applicable.
  • No additional people to stay over without prior arrangement.
